When I turn 18 I hope to move to America to continue my education (College). I live in England, I'm 16 and I'm going to our version of College soon (16-18). Am I eligible to study over in America without parental supervision etc. Many thanks.

Yes you are.

You are eligible but there is one thing you need to do first. The main item is obtaining a Student Visa (see link below). You should apply for this with the help of your parents and/or your school counselor (or the equivalent in England).

Yes, at the age of 18 you are legally allowed to study in the U.S. independently. You will need to figure out which U.S. college/university you want to attend and then you will need to apply ... if you get accepted, you will be eligible for a student visa. You will also need to take the SAT test which is a standardized test required for U.S. university applications (for anyone, including Americans). Do consider that school in the U.S. can sometimes be extremely expensive especially for foreign students as there's no financial aid available, so make sure you plan wisely and ensure that it won't be too expensive. State universities are usually the most affordable. Talk to your parents about it as well.
