If you are worried about earthquakes or hurricanes, Calif, Florida, Texas, East coast ? forget it. Warmer but close to the ocean, would be the Sothern Arizona, near the metro city of Tucson where I live. Rocky Point Beach on Az border is about 2 hours of distance by car. And Az is warm all year around. Hope this helps your question.:):)

I live in Florida and as long as i lived here we haven't had a earthquake but we did have alot of hurricanes in 2005. Anyway, it's nice here and some places aren't you just have to move to the right place in florida. Around Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., and Feb. is which months are the coldest. Also, I live about 1 hour from the becah if thats not far away. Well, IIIII wish it was closer. Hope i helped

That place doesn't exactly exist. The really hot places get hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. I guess the closest kind of place like that would be like Arizona or something like that.

Safe places can be found all over the country. Every state has good, safe cities and places to live. Year round warm places are the states that are farther south. States from Texas on east to Florida are hurricane prone because of the geography and landscape. You may want to look in east coast southern states like Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina. Arizona and New Mexico never really have earthquakes or hurricans, but they are both desert states.....if you don't mind living in the desert. Arizona has some very nice places, but not a lot of greenery in the landscape. The midwestern states like Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Illinios, etc....never really have any worry for natural disaster like earthquakes or hurricanes. The occasional tornado, but it's really not too much of a worry for anyone there. Those states are not warm all year however, and have cold winters, with lots of snow. They also have many lakes and rivers, and are never far away. Possibly look in to Northern Florida. You'll never be far away from the ocean, and your chance for hurricanes is far less, and the weather is warm/hot all year long.

California has good weather. No hurricanes. No major earthquakes. Whether or not an earthquake is coming is hard to say. I wouldn't use that as a reason to not come though. However, it's overcrowded and expensive. There's gang activity and other crime. And lots of people who want to cheat you out of your money. It may be fine to be here temporarily but I wouldn't recomend buying a home and rasing a family here. Arizona is good. If I were staying in this country, I'd either go there or to Oregon and be okay with the weather.
