Although a cruise may sound like the perfect spring break or Senior trip getaway, there are some age restrictions. ShipOuts.com has learned that most cruise lines require that any guest under the age of 21 - must be traveling with a parent, guardian, OR relative that is 25 years or older and also staying in the same room (or joining/adjacent room). Most cruise lines will make an exception for legally married couples under the age of 21 with proper documentation. If you can meet the above requirements, you can score special rates and amenities with a group bookings, depending on how many are traveling in your group. The cruise lines define a group cruise as a minimum of 16 people occupying eight cabins (third and fourth passengers in a cabin are allowed, but they do not count toward the total). The 16th person is considered a tour conductor and usually cruises free. Book 32 people and most cruise lines will allow you to travel free with a guest. However, free passengers must still pay taxes and port charges. I was able to find this plus lots of great articles, tips, and advice to help you plan the perfect cruise at http://www.ShipOuts.com

You're aware of the age restrictions I assume? And that every cabin booked needs to have a chaperon that's at least 25 years of age? If you have that covered I would do a Mexican Rivera Cruise

The max that fits in a standard (non-suite) cabin is 4 people. And not all cabins are capable of holding 4. And if you're not 21 (which high school seniors will not be!), you have to have an adult in each cabin - someone over 21 on most cruise lines, and over 25 if it's Carnival. There are cruises leaving from Mobile on Carnival. They go to the Western Caribbean. Anything else, you'd be adding airfare or a long drive on top of the cruise costs.

Whichever one your parents/chaperones agree to take you on. The only ships you can sail alone on if you're under 21 are the Disney ships. And Disney is pretty expensive and hard to book, since they have only two ships [soon to be three]. Carnival used to have a ship that sailed from Mobile [one of their older ships] for a few sailings, but I think I read that they've pulled out of Mobile. And you have to be at least 25 to sail without adults on Carnival.
