You need a Green Card. Its not really easy to get them , you just need to keep forcing them to let you have one. Hope I helped!

There are several option to immigrate to America: - As a investor: you would have to demonstrate you have certain amount of money to invest - As a worker: you need to get a job and then the company wising to employ you will start the paper work for a work permit. this is not complicated as long as the company can demonstrate that they have not been able to hire some one resident in the US. - As a student: if you get access to a college or university or any other teaching institution you can apply for a student visa. - Getting married with an American resident. - Green Card Lottery: every year there is a "lottery" for people wanting to live in America. The only selection process is a "lottery" system I do not know any points based system in America as the Australian system or Canadian system. However getting a work permit is not that difficult and almost all companies have deal with that at some point. But leaving there as a student for example, will make it easy to get a company to be interested in you. hope this helps
