Can i use my credit card to purchase stuff from target even if i dont live in america?
im getting the stuff shipped to a friend in america and they ill ship to me after. Will my credit card work even though i dont live in america? (its mastercard) Thanks!

Yes you can, upon checking out you will need to choose - add addresses, which will prompt you to re-enter your credit credit card information and confirm the information.

Should do but some websites do not accept cards with foreign billing addresses. You will just have to go on to the site and see. And there is no problem with having a shipping address different to the billing address.
