Im Buying my prom dress from Lithuania, and i need to pay in Euros... I can use paypal or credit card, i just need to know some way to transfer the dollar to euro.. Any Ideas?

you go on a europe site nad order but the shipping might be a problem. Also you may need a europe credit card.

In the past I’ve bought things in pounds (Great Britain) with my VISA and the conversion was automatic. I simply entered my credit card number in the retailer’s website just like if it was in dollars. There was a small fee for the conversion though (less than a dollar).
