yes, people do it all the time. More often Europeans come to the US to study because our universities are better, but theirs are much cheaper. If you work it out right you could go to college for next to nothing.
4 :
yes but its expensive. you have to have an out of state education thing that make s you pay extra money. and the school will charge you more to go to school in the netherlands
5 :
Sure why not? As long as you fulfill all the requirements to be accepted as a student there and have the relevant documents - visa etc.

Yes you can go to college here in the Netherlands, but you would have to be able to fund it for yourself and obtain a student visa. A good site to read about studying in English as a foreign student here is http://www.nuffic.nl/. It also shows all the courses on offer http://www.nuffic.nl/international-students/dutch-higher-education/search-international-study-programmes What you could look at, is finding a college in the US that has an exchange course with the Netherlands, so that you can get a short stay and get a feel for the country, but that it is not too long (just in case it turns out that you don't like the country as much) As mentioned, you would have to obtain a visa, but getting this for being a student is a lot easier than if you were going to try to live and work here. You can read more here http://www.ind.nl/ and specifically http://www.ind.nl/en/Images/4012_VIN_ENG_tcm6-595.pdf

yes, you need to get a student visa. Contact your nearest Dutch consulate or Dutch embassy to find out how to get one.

You can apply for an English college in the netherlands or you can apply for a year abroad in the Netherlands from the US college that you may be attending in the future.

If your spelling is always this bad, then even college is too high for you. Stay in your own country, please! We don't want you lowering our average I.Q. score.

Try applying for AUC(Amsterdam University College)! This ´international liberal arts college´ wants half the student population to be from outside the Netherlands, and everything is english spoken. I believe they have quite a strict procedure though, but if you´re a good student I think you´d have a good chance of getting in. I believe they also have scholarships for non-EU students, but I´m non sure
