I am an American girl and I married a British guy in Shanghai, China late last year. What form do I need to fill out to allow my husband to live and work in the USA? Once I fill out the form where do I send it and how long does it take to process?

You really don't have to apply for your husband's visa. However, if you are told to, they will let you know what to do.
