Can i Go live in America if i go to University there?
I live in the Uk. It is a while to go ( 2 years) till i go to uni since im only just starting 6th form and im 16. But i want to be prepaired. I don't like it here in the Uk; so i was wondering; can i legally movie to America ( ie obtain a visa; green card and all that jazz) if i were to go to a uni there?

It is certainly easier to get a two year work permit if you graduate from an American university. These are routinely issued to new foreign graduates that have found work. Whether you can eventually turn this into a greencard is another matter as you would have to work for longer than that to qualify. Right now there are fewer applications than visas, who knows what the picture will be in six or seven years. If you want to prepare; start breaking the news to your parents that your uni will be costing £20,000 a year instead of £3,000 in the UK.

Why don't you go to a college web site and see what the requirements are for an international student. You would need to be accepted into a college/university first. Then have proper documentations. Please be aware colleges/universities close the dorms down during breaks, no one is allowed to stay in them. So you would have to have a place to stay at during those times. Once you graduated from college, I would assume you would need more documentation in order to stay and work in the US.
