No because he is illegal! Also for an illegal to work here he would need a social security card and since he is illegal he can't get one which means that he also is committing forgery!

Nope it is impossible for an illegal alien not to break any laws while living in the USA illegally. Just the premise of them being an illegal Alien means they have broken our immigration laws and are hence committing a crime. The laws are set up so we are able to determine who from outside the USA are located within our borders.

It is impossible. First off, merely being in this country illegally is a violation of our sovereignty and a felony offense. Second, working "under the table" (getting paid in cash and not reporting it to the IRS for taxing) is also illegal. Third, if they are working and paying taxes...since they are illegal, they are using a Social Security number which isn't their's. So that's identity theft as well. That's assuming they're one of the "honest" illegals who merely comes here and works. The illegals who deal in drugs and are members of gangs like MS13 (almost entirely membered by illegal Hispanics) are the ones who break most of the rules.

driving, working etc will all be new crimes

yes he can as long as he stays in the shadows, however once exposed he usually spends a few months in jail while the paper work and trail are conducted.

Why are you asking this question when you say "illegal alien" seems like you already know the answer.
10 :
Yes they can. Happens every day. Don't you think if every illegal immigrant in the US went on a crime wave that it would be plastered all over the news? I think we would have heard about that crime wave long ago. Do some illegal immigrants commit crimes? Yes. My father had a saying, and I think it applies to immigrants (legal and illegal) as well as citizens. "In every person there is a streak of fat and a streak of lean, a streak of good and a streak of mean". It is up to all of us as individuals to make the right choices. Belle

Some people say that there are 12 million ilegals living in the usa
12 :
of course......There are many illegals that are good people BUT they shouldn't be here.Even the good ones eat on our tax dollars and so all should be deported ASAP.

Every single illegal alien has broken the law just for entering the US without authorization. so my answer is NO

No, because each and every person in this country whether US citizen by whatever means (born or naturalized), legal, illegal, extralegal, extraterrestrial, etc. cannot live without commiting ANY crime. Every second of the day, NOBODY follows the speed limit law. If we follow the analogy of the racists/haters that, law breaker = criminal, then all persons with valid driver's license, fake driver's license, no driver's license, suspended driver's license. revoked driver's license are all criminals because they are law breakers! Illegal immigration is very much like over speeding or reckless driving. The law is enforced, but it's impossible for the police to catch each and every criminal, because as he is giving a citation to a criminal, hundreds of criminals are overspeeding by. In illegal immigration, as the border patrol is deporting 1 Mexican, 1000 Mexicans are simultaneously illegally crossing the border. So, it's just a vicious cycle.
