I wannna calll my boyfriend to america. Although I've been in america, I didn't apply for the greencard. But I just want to know the way how can I bring my boyfriend to america. what visa do I need to use and how long it will take. You can't. You can each apply for a visa on your own, but neither one of you have status to sponsor someone for a visa. You probably can get a tourist visa, but that is very limited.

If you don't have a green card, you cannot bring him in without being married. (If you did have a green card, you could get a fiance visa for him, and you'd have to get married soon thereafter.) You must get married first, and that would be easiest back in your home country. Then, you will have to renew your visa with him as a dependent, and he will not be able to work. If he wants to work, he'll have to get his own work permit and visa, rather than to be your dependent. If you're planning to stay forever, you should really get your green card. EDIT: Are any of you hateful people aware that there are a lot of people who are in the United States LEGALLY on temporary visas, rather than on Green Cards? Or that Natasha is not a Mexican name, so the asker here is probably not an illegal Mexican immigrant? My answer is assuming that she is in the US legally, but on a temporary visa. After all, she wanted her boyfriend to have a visa to come in.

Ya know, You are an illegal immigrant. You should have went through the proper channels to get here first and then you would know how to bring your boyfriend here legally.

If you came to the US and did not apply for a Green card, I don't believe you are a legal permanent resident. You must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident to help your boyfriend come legally. Getting married won't help in your case.

You CANNOT get him a fiance visa with a Green Card. To qualify as a fiance visa sponsor you MUST be a US Citizen. If you have a Green Card, and marry him, he'll have to wait over 5 years before he can get his visa to come to the US.

What r-u- talking about r-u- saying you have been in America,ur self without a green card for a while n now u want to bring ur boyfriend here as well. Well all I can tell u is good luck with that I suggest u bring him here legally because of the way this country is cracking down on immigrants that r coming here illegally and since 9/11 and this explosive issue with immigration getting a visa,is going to take a long while to process because of the back ground check and other investigations they do and they only allow so many a year to enter through the visa process as well. The longer u wait to get a visa the longer the process takes and if u get caught doing it illegally u will be facing some serious federal charges as well n that would not be good either so I suggest u get started if u want to bring him here n while ur at it they r going to ask u for some legal I.D.to get the visa for him so u should have ur act together when u go to apply for ur boyfriend ok!

You can't. It takes long enough and is complicated enough for a US citizen to bring someone to the US when they are married. In fact if you are here on a visa in trying to do this for a non-spouse you might lose yours.
